Overview
Commercializing new technical advances and discoveries into products or services that benefit society requires business and interpersonal skills as well as technical expertise. These include an ability to work effectively in teams, having a sound understanding of organizational behavior and management, business strategy, technical marketing, basic economics, product and project management, and basic accounting and finance. Technology Management provides a solid foundation in these areas to help cultivate early managerial and business leadership talent for technology businesses.
