Course Description

Opportunities to learn about practical approaches to environmental problem solving by working under faculty direction as interns with local, state, and federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, or private business concerned with the environment. Periodic and final reports will be part of the internship.

Prerequisites

Minimum sophomore standing, 2.75 overall G.P.A., and be declared an Environmental Studies or Hydrologic Sciences major; or consent by department.

This is a variable unit Pass/No Pass only course that may be repeated multiple quarters for a maximum of 12 total units. Only 4 units total may apply toward major requirements.
